What personal information do we collect? 

 

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth or other details. 

As for payment information, we will not ask you, collect, much less store any information related to your debit or credit card details. 

All payments are made through the PayPal website or through banks. Please consult the PayPal website privacy policy for more information in case you intend to use that payment method.

 

How we use collected personal information?

 

We will use your name, mailing address and phone number to deliver your orders. All of these will be shared with third parties, namely the shipping company of your choice. The phone number is necessary so that the shipping company may contact you in case they have any difficulty delivering your order.

We will use your date of birth to know how old you are. Since we also sell alcoholic beverages we need to know if you are old enough to buy them. Please keep in mind that if you buy alcoholic beverages from us you will also be required to show your id to the person delivering the package. If you are not around please make sure there is someone of legal drinking age at the delivery address to receive the package for you.

We will use your email address to contact you. We may also use your email address to send you periodic emails.

We send 5 types of periodic emails:

  • • Newsletter
    We will only send you our newsletter if you have subscribed to our newsletter.
  • • Review Product
    Whenever you buy something an automatic email is sent asking you to leave a review of the products you have bought.
  • • Happy Birthday
    At the time of your birthday an automatic email is sent with a little something. 
  • • No Activity
    If you spend more than 6 months without showing up an automatic email is sent with our novelties.
  • • Abandoned Carts
    If you leave items on your cart without checking out, an automatic email is sent asking you whether you need any assistance.

 

If you do not want to receive these emails you can unsubscribe them at the end of each type of email, you can also unsubscribe one, or all of them, at ‘My Account’ > ‘Autoresponder lists’. The newsletter can also be unsubscribed at ‘My Account’ > ‘Newsletter Subscriptions’.
